After 35 years in banking, I now lead the front lines at Bisai Unyu Co., Ltd. I now feel firsthand the loneliness and weight of responsibility of a manager that I didn't see in my previous position. Our group's strength lies in a culture where managers can speak frankly with each other, rather than providing perfunctory advice. We share our knowledge of finance and labor, share the pain of the workplace, and accompany our clients through to implementation—it is this sincere support that gives us the confidence to take the next step.

From the moment Mitsuyoshi Co., Ltd. was entrusted to me through an M&A from a different industry, my life embarked on a major new challenge. Every time I witness our mission of securing social safety and protecting the future through the destruction of confidential documents and thorough recycling, I feel the powerful significance of this company’s existence. Creating value alongside my colleagues every day gives me a firm sense of pride and passion.

Now, as a member of the Hikarico Group, the strengths of each company are intertwining, and great possibilities are beginning to take shape. Through my experience working at the front desk of automobile sales at Hikarico Co., Ltd., I learned firsthand what is truly important to remain the "customer’s choice." That experience has become a major pillar supporting my work today.

Following an internal transfer within the Hikarico Group, being entrusted with the future of Takadaya Seika—a company with over 120 years of history—by my predecessor was a significant turning point that filled me with a sense of responsibility. While respecting the "Genkotsu-ame" brand and the philosophy maintained by the previous generation, I will honor that legacy while evolving it into new value suited for the modern era, carrying it forward for the next century.

In collaboration with my predecessor, I am committed to making Takadaya Seika a company that stays close to the community and continues to flourish.

The experience I have cultivated in the real estate industry is evolving into multi-faceted value through collaboration with each Hikarico Group company. Because many of Hikarico House's clients also share deep connections with the group's other business sectors, we are able to move beyond the boundaries of a single company and derive optimal solutions by fusing the expertise and networks of the entire group.

Based on the knowledge I have accumulated over the years, I feel a great sense of responsibility and joy in exercising my capabilities as a central figure of Hikarico House. Moving forward, I will continue to work sincerely alongside all of you to build upon our challenges with an eye toward the next 100 years.

During my university years, I had the privilege of working under a CEO with whom I was fortunate to build a meaningful connection.
There, I was engaged in initiatives that served as a bridge between Japan and international talent, addressing the challenges arising from differences in language, culture, and institutional systems.
Drawing on my roots in Myanmar and my desire to contribute to securing talent for Japanese companies, I joined the Hikarico Group.
Currently, as a Director of the supervising organization, I support companies that accept technical intern trainees and work to create an environment in which trainees can feel safe and thrive.
By leveraging the synergies within the Group, I am committed to realizing a sustainable cycle of talent development that contributes to the growth of both people and local communities.
